افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
اضغط على صورتك أو اسمك في أعلى الشاشة الرئيسيّة لفتح الملفّ الشخصيّ.
اضغط «حذف الحساب نهائيًّا» ثمّ أكّد.
إن لم تتمكّن من فتح التطبيق
راسلنا على support@hisabipro.com من أيّ بريد، واكتب في الرسالة رقم الهاتف المسجَّل في الحساب (أو رمز اللاعب). سنتحقّق من ملكيّتك للحساب ثمّ نحذفه خلال 30 يومًا كحدّ أقصى.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
يُحذف نهائيًّا: رقم الهاتف، الاسم المعروض، صورة الملفّ، البلد والمدينة، كلمة المرور، ورمز اللاعب، ورموز الإشعارات، وقوائم الأصدقاء والحظر.
يبقى مجهَّلًا: سجلّات المباريات (نتيجةٌ بلا اسم ولا هاتف) حفاظًا على سلامة تصنيف اللاعبين الآخرين. لا تدلّ عليك بأيّ وجه.
العود والبعرة والتصاريح والاشتراكات الباقية في حسابك تُفقَد ولا تُستردّ بعد الحذف. الحذف نهائيّ لا رجعة فيه.
بعد الحذف يمكنك إنشاء حساب جديد بنفس رقم الهاتف، لكنّه يبدأ من الصفر.
Tap your picture or name at the top of the home screen to open your Profile.
Tap “Delete account permanently” and confirm.
If you cannot open the app
Email us at support@hisabipro.com from any address and include the phone number registered on the account (or your player tag). We will verify you own the account and delete it within 30 days at most.
What is deleted?
Permanently deleted: phone number, display name, profile picture, country and city, password, player tag, push tokens, friends and block lists.
Kept anonymized: match records (a result with no name or phone) so other players' ratings stay correct. They do not identify you in any way.
Remaining oud, baraa and subscriptions are lost and cannot be refunded after deletion. Deletion is final.
After deletion you may create a new account with the same phone number, but it starts from zero.
Touchez votre photo ou votre nom en haut de l'écran d'accueil pour ouvrir votre Profil.
Touchez « Supprimer le compte définitivement » puis confirmez.
Si vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir l'application
Écrivez-nous à support@hisabipro.com depuis n'importe quelle adresse en indiquant le numéro de téléphone du compte (ou votre identifiant de joueur). Nous vérifierons que le compte est le vôtre et le supprimerons sous 30 jours maximum.
Que supprime-t-on ?
Supprimé définitivement : numéro de téléphone, nom affiché, photo, pays et ville, mot de passe, identifiant de joueur, jetons de notification, listes d'amis et de blocage.
Conservé de façon anonyme : l'historique des parties (un résultat sans nom ni téléphone) pour que les classements des autres joueurs restent justes. Il ne permet pas de vous identifier.
Les oud, baraa et abonnements restants sont perdus et ne sont pas remboursables après la suppression. La suppression est définitive.
Après la suppression, vous pouvez créer un nouveau compte avec le même numéro, mais il repart de zéro.
